<p style="text-align:justify; margin:0cm 0cm 8pt"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan Puskesmas sebagai bagian dari penyelenggara pelayanan publik, berdasarkan Peraturan Bupati Badung No. 10 Tahun 2017 maka dilakukan Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat sebagai evaluasi secara berkelanjutan terhadap penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik dengan melibatkan pengguna pelayanan publik yakni Masyarakat.  </span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify; margin:0cm 0cm 8pt"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Survey Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat ini dapat menjadi bahan penilaian terhadap Ruang lingkup pelayanan di Puskesmas yang masih perlu perbaikan dan menjadi pendorong untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya. Tujuan lainnya untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja unsur penyelenggara pelayanan secara berkala sebagai bahan menetapkan kebijakan kedepannya. Hal tersebut diaplikasikan oleh Tim Survei Puskesmas Kuta II yang menyelenggarakan Survei Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat pada periode Semester I bulan Januari s/d Juni tahun 2025 kepada total 346 responden. </span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify;
